🍓 Ingredients

2 tablespoons Lard 📝 🍽
100 grams Streaky bacon 📝 🍽
2 Chopped onions 📝 🍽
500 grams Minced beef 📝 🍽
2 Green bell peppers 🍽
2 cans Red kidney beans (425 ml) 📝 🍽
  Salt 📝 🍽
1 can Peeled tomato (825 ml) 🍽
1 tablespoon Yeast seasoning 🍽
1 Bay leaf 📝 🍽
2 tablespoons Chili powder or corresponding chili bell pepper

🍽 Instructions

Brown the diced bacon and onions in the fat over high heat. Remove seeds from peppers, chop finely, add. Mince the beef, add it and stir until the meat browns. Pour in tomatoes and beans. Season with a little salt, the crushed bay leaf and the yeast seasoning. Stir in the chili seasoning, simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
