🍓 Ingredients

1 pinch Tartar baking powder
125 grams Whole spelt flour
1 handful Nettle leaves young before flowering about 30 g
300 milliliters Milk
125 grams Wheat flour type 1050
  Fat for the mold
2 Eggs
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

First wash the nettle leaves, chop and blanch. Mash nettle, eggs and milk. Mix flour, baking powder, egg-milk mixture and spices to a smooth dough. Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C hot air for about 30 minutes.
