First wash the nettle leaves, chop and blanch. Mash nettle, eggs and milk. Mix flour, baking powder, egg-milk mixture and spices to a smooth dough. Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C hot air for about 30 minutes.
