Wash the nettle well in plenty of water, wearing disposable gloves. Put the nettles dripping wet in a saucepan and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, mash with a blender. Mash the peeled potatoes, add the nettle puree and the egg and knead everything into a homogeneous mass.
Form small balls from the mass and flatten them. Fry the small patties in oil left and right at the lowest heat until yellow-brown.
