1 Onion
1 Egg

  Nutmeg

🍽 Instructions

Wash the nettle leaves, scald with hot water and drain. Fry the finely chopped onion in fat, cut the buns into cubes and pour milk over them. In a bowl, knead the roasted onion, the finely chopped nettles, the squeezed buns, and all the other ingredients into a mass and season to taste. Form small loafs, turn in flour and fry in fat.
