Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. For the sauce, place the cream in a bowl with the eggs, pineapple juice, lemon juice and cheese cubes and whisk to combine.
Then season with basil, parsley, chives, salt or herb salt, pepper, herbs de Provence, curry powder and the mustard to taste. Lightly fry the ham cubes in a pan. Drain the pasta well and add it to the ham cubes in the pan. Add the pineapple pieces and mix well. Add the sauce and season with curry ketchup to taste.
Serve hot.
Tip: If you like, you can also add previously fried chicken breast strips.
