🍓 Ingredients

100 grams Sugar
1 package Vanilla sugar
225 grams Butter
200 grams Flour
2 pinch Cinnamon
3 Eggs of which the yolk
1 teaspoon Rum
20 grams Cocoa powder
125 grams Ground hazelnuts
  Nougat mass
some Flavoring (orange flavoring)

🍽 Instructions

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, cinnamon, cocoa, rum, orange flavoring with mixer until smooth.

Mix flour, hazelnuts and mix everything together. Fill into piping bag and pipe sticks about 4 cm long. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes on the middle shelf.

Coat with nougat mixture, stick together and dip half a side in chocolate.
