75 grams Ground hazelnuts
220 grams Sugar
6 Egg whites
100 grams Butter
170 grams Flour
  Cake glaze (chocolate glaze)
  Fat for the form

🍽 Instructions

Melt the butter. Beat the egg whites until very stiff, gradually add the sugar.

Then mix in the melted butter, the ground hazelnuts and finally the flour. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan lined with parchment (greaseproof paper or baking paper) and bake at 175 – 200 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with chocolate icing.
