🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Sour cream
1 small can Tomato paste
250 grams Pasta (macaroni)
1 kilogram Onion
1 Garlic clove grated
4 Eggs
125 grams Bacon diced
  Bell pepper
as you like Paprika powder
  Fat for the mold
as you like Marjoram
as you like Cheese grated

🍽 Instructions

Peel the onions and cut them into rings.

Fry the bacon and add the onions.

Season everything with a little salt, bell pepper, paprika and marjoram and fry lightly for 10 minutes.

Mix the sour cream with the eggs, tomato paste, grated garlic and season again with salt, bell pepper, paprika and marjoram. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to package directions and drain through a colander.

Likewise, rub a baking dish with fat. Now fill the baking dish in layers as follows: Put half of the onions in the baking dish. Then add the cooked pasta, the rest of the onions and the sauce on top.

Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top. Put the casserole dish into the preheated oven and bake at 200 C° convection oven for about 30 minutes.

Tip: If you want the cheese to brown a bit, remove the lid after about 20 minutes. Be careful not to let the cheese get too dry!
