Warm the nougat mixture slightly.
Then beat with butter, egg, vanilla sugar, orange zest and salt until fluffy. Knead the flour and baking powder into the dough. Divide the dough into quarters and form into rolls about 2.5cm in diameter, then chill for an hour. Now cut the rolls into 1/2cm thick slices and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C hot air for about 12 minutes.
Melt the chocolate coating and dip half of the cooled cookies in it.
