1 tablespoon Butter 📝 🍽
1 Onion red 📝 🍽
1 Bell pepper red 📝 🍽
70 milliliters Cream 📝 🍽
1 tablespoon Tomato paste 📝 🍽
70 milliliters Milk 📝 🍽
1 teaspoon Salt and bell pepper 🍽
some Water cold 🍽
200 milliliters Vegetable broth 📝 🍽
some Flour 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Chop the onion and the bell pepper and fry them in a pot with hot oil for about 5 minutes. Then add butter, tomato paste, cream, milk and vegetable broth and stir everything well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. To thicken the sauce, whisk a little flour and water in a small bowl until smooth. Pour the cream into the pot and boil very briefly until the sauce thickens.
