Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.
Heat a little oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Add to the pot and stew for about 5 minutes. Then season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the tomato pieces and cook for another 5 minutes. Now puree everything once, then add the processed cheese and dissolve it in it. Finally, mix well once again. Tip: Grated Parmesan cheese is also delicious – either already in the sauce or sprinkled on top.
