🍓 Ingredients

1 Onion diced
4 large Potatoes
  Pepper
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Lard (alternatively oil)
1 Bell pepper
1 Tomato
1 teaspoon Paprika powder

🍽 Instructions

Peel potatoes and cut into pieces (like for boiled potatoes). Heat oil, brown onion. Briefly!!! fry tomato paste.

Cut bell pepper into small cubes, tomato into pieces, add to pot with potatoes, deglaze with some water (approx.

1/4 l), season with paprika powder, salt, bell pepper. Cook for approx. 20 – 30 min.

Serve with bockwurst, wiener, sliced meat sausage or chicken drumsticks.
