1 tablespoon Oil
4 Cutlets of choice
3 Eggs
50 grams Flour
as you like Salt
as you like Oil for frying

🍽 Instructions

Beat the cutlets, cut the edges and season with salt.

Beat the eggs well with 1 tablespoon of oil.

Then turn the cutlets in flour and then in the eggs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the escalopes until golden. This is best served with parsley potatoes, French fries and also spaghetti.
