Combine the flour, eggs, salt and water with a wooden spoon and beat the dough until it bubbles and forms a smooth dough.
Bring a large pot of water and about 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to a boil.
Pour spaetzle dough into spaetzle maker and press into boiling salted water.
Let boil 1-2 times. Then remove with a slotted spoon and place in lukewarm water. Then pour into a sieve and drain. Briefly toss the finished spaetzle in the melted butter in a large pan.add sour cream, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with a tomato salad with fine onions or a green salad.
