🍓 Ingredients

2 Garlic cloves 📝 🍽
1 large Onion 📝 🍽
300 grams Pasta e.g. rigatoni
1/2 small Salami 📝 🍽
as you like Cheese for gratinating 🍽
500 milliliters Tomatoes chunky 🍽
  Salt and pepper 🍽
  Oregano 📝 🍽
3 tablespoons Olive oil 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Cook the pasta.

Fry finely chopped onions in 3 tablespoons of oil, add finely chopped salami.

Simmer chopped garlic and tomatoes in a pot. Mix in the onions and salami. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Mix pasta with sauce in a baking dish and top with grated cheese and bake briefly in oven until cheese is melted.
