Cook pasta as usual. Divide broccoli into florets. Cook in boiling salted water. Dice onions.
Drain pasta and broccoli.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Sauté the noodles and onions in it. Add broccoli and fry briefly. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Deglaze the pan with 250 ml of water, bring to the boil and stir in the broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the turkey ham and the mozzarella to the pan and fold in. Garnish with parsley.
