The pasta is boiled in salted water and then briefly quenched with cold water. Meanwhile, cut the turkey cutlets into bite-sized pieces. Then season with salt and pepper and fry well in oil. Rinse the corn well. Mix the pasta with the turkey pieces and the corn.

Then add the creme fraiche, mix everything well. Add only the herbs and, if necessary, season well again. You can also sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
