Peel and finely dice the onion and carrots. Cut the celery stalks into slices. Heat the oil and brown the minced meat. Add the onions and sauté.
Season with salt, pepper and basil. Add the vegetables and tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Pour the tomato mince sauce on the finished pasta and serve on a deep plate.
