First, peel and dice the onions and garlic.
Prepare the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Meanwhile, put the olive oil in a pot and wait until it is hot.
Then sauté the onions in it until translucent.
Add the tuna. Season with all the spices, herbs and the garlic and sauté briefly – about 2 minutes. Add the strained tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then season the whole thing again to taste. Don’t be afraid of the thyme, it’s what makes it taste so good! Tip: If possible, use the herbs only fresh or frozen.
