First, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain peas well.
For sauce, whisk together Miracel Whip, yogurt and sweet cream, season with garlic, salt and pepper. Place in a large enough bowl.
Dice the apple, bologna and cucumber, add to the sauce along with the peas and mix well.
Finally, add the pasta and mix well. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
The salad is great for parties, as a travel snack or as a meal in between.
You can also make the sauce in a lower-fat version, using Miracel Whip Balance or a salad cream with yogurt, as well as low-fat natural yogurt.
