In the case of fresh peas or carrots, prepare them first (peas should be cleaned and boiled, carrots should be peeled, cut into slices about 5 mm thick, boiled, rinsed and added to the salad bowl).
In case of frozen products, put the peas and the carrots cut into slices of about 5mm thick in a sieve.
Boil the pasta according to the package instructions and pour it over the frozen peas and carrots, mix everything well, wait 1 minute and quench.
Make the salad dressing from the salad cream (yogurt), vinegar, mustard, and the herbs (I always use a packet of Frankfurt Green Herbs).
Cut the sausage and the cucumbers into 5mm cubes and add them with the mandarins to the salad dressing.
Add the pasta and mix everything well.
Leave to stand for at least 2 hours, season the salad again with vinegar, pepper and salt.
