Cut the poultry sausage into cubes and fry with a little oil until golden brown. Cook the pasta with a little salt until al dente. Heat the buttered vegetables in the microwave according to package instructions.
Mix everything in a bowl and let it cool down a bit. Add the mayonnaise and dijonnaise and stir vigorously and refrigerate for about 2 hours to allow the salad to really set. I always make it the night before.
