🍓 Ingredients

400 grams Pasta
100 milliliters Milk
1 tablespoon Butter
1 Onion
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
100 grams Cheese (Gouda)
150 grams Blue cheese
200 grams Cream cheese
  Salt and pepper
30 grams Walnuts chopped
  Lemon juice
  Paprika powder

🍽 Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Peel and finely dice the onion and sauté in the melted butter.

Pour in milk and broth and let it boil down for 5 minutes. Crumble the cheese, melt in the sauce over low heat. Season with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and lemon juice and mix well with the pasta and walnuts.
