Cook the pasta in a pot according to package directions and then drain the water.
Add the tomato paste and at first just a little of the cream to the pasta and heat stirring.
Depending on how liquid you like the sauce, add more or less cream. Finally, season with salt and pepper and if you like with other spices and the dish is ready. Tastes especially good with tortellini.
