1 Onion
2 tablespoons Oil
1/2 tablespoons Tomato paste
3 cloves Garlic
  Salt and pepper
1 can Chunky tomato
10 leaves Basil
  Tabasco
2 handful Mozzarella
250 grams Tagliatelle
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

๐Ÿฝ Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, drain and drain.

Meanwhile, put the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onions. When they are golden, add the finely chopped garlic.

Fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the tomato pieces, bring to the boil once and season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Stir in tomato paste and let simmer. When the pasta is cooked, chop the basil and fold in. Add pasta and mozzarella and mix everything.

Put on plates and arrange with Parmesan cheese and 2 fresh basil leaves.
