Clean the broccoli, wash and divide into florets. Peel the thick stalk and cut into small pieces. Now bring 400 ml of water to a boil and steam the broccoli in it for 5 minutes. Then drain. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Peel and dice the onion.
Cut the turkey cutlets into small pieces. Now heat the sesame oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the onion cubes and turkey cutlets and fry briefly. Then add noodles, broccoli and coconut milk.
Bring to the boil briefly (add a little water if necessary).
At the end, season with salt, pepper, curry powder and ginger powder. Serve hot.
