First, set aside some peach halves for garnish and cut the others into small pieces. Mix the quark with the yogurt, vanilla sugar, salt, peach juice and sugar until smooth.
Fold in the cream. Stir in the sliced peach halves and pour the cream into nice cups or bowls. For garnishing, cut out any figures from the peaches with cookie cutters and place them on the cream.
Place in the refrigerator and serve just before consumption!
