Bring the pear juice to the boil with the cinnamon sticks and the scraped vanilla pod and leave to infuse for approx.
2 hours. If you take vanilla from the mill, simply grind it by eye. After the infusion time, remove the cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean.
Prepare Gelfix according to package directions, stir into juice. Bring to a boil while stirring and boil for 4 minutes until bubbly. Then pour into jars, close, turn upside down and let cool.
