Place paper cups in the cups of the muffin tray and preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat or 175°C convection oven.
Cut the pears into small pieces and set aside. Sift the flour, starch, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
In a 2nd bowl, beat the egg with sugar until foamy and stir in vanilla sugar, oil, yogurt and peanut butter. Fold in the flour mixture and carefully add the pear pieces.
Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 25-30 minutes.
When the muffins are golden brown, remove from the oven, let cool and enjoy.
