Cut off a lid from the buns. Hollow out the buns.
Mix minced meat in a bowl with egg, peppercorns, chopped parsley, mustard and brandy. Season with paprika, curry, salt and pepper.
Stuff minced meat mixture into rolls.
Sprinkle with Emmental or other cheese. 10 minutes at 160 degrees in the preheated oven and ready is a super fast, delicious dish.
