Clean and wash the strawberries as usual, lightly pat dry with kitchen paper, cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the cheese into cubes of about 1 cm and fold into the strawberries. Arrange decoratively. Pour the port wine over it, preferably with a small spray bottle and sprinkle everything with black pepper.
