200 grams Cream
60 grams Sugar
500 grams Cream cheese (Philadelphia)
500 grams Curd (low-fat curd)
1 package Vanilla sugar
1 package Chopped almond
  Butter
250 grams Berries (frozen - wild berries)
1 tablespoon Sugar

🍽 Instructions

Beat Philadelphia, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar in a mixer for about 5 minutes.

Add the low-fat quark and mix.

Add the frozen wild berries to the cream about 1 hour before serving. Roast the almonds with sugar in a little butter and pour over the wild berries. You can also add some mascarpone to the cream.
