🍓 Ingredients

1 1/2 bottle Tomato ketchup
500 grams Vegetable onions
1 1/2 kilograms Pork neck loosened from the bone
1/2 jar Pepper green pickled
2 tablespoons Tabasco
4 cloves Garlic chopped
3 tablespoons Worcestersauce

🍽 Instructions

Cut the meat into slices and the onions into rings. Mix the tomato ketchup with the remaining ingredients. Layer the meat, onions and sauce in a baking dish, let it sit for about 24 hours.

Put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. Baguette goes well with it.
