🍓 Ingredients

1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
8 thin Bacon - slices
1 kilogram Pike (gutted and without head)
  Salt and pepper
  Worcestershire sauce
1 Bell pepper red

🍽 Instructions

Cut the pike into slices about 2 cm thick, cut out the bones and wrap each fish slice with bacon and season.

Fry the pike rolls in fat, finally heat the diced bell bell pepper briefly in the fat and place around the arranged fish rolls.

Season with Worcester sauce.

This goes very well with potato salad.
