🍓 Ingredients

3 tablespoons Tomato paste
1 can Pineapple
  Vinegar to taste
1 tablespoon Oil
3 tablespoons Sugar

🍽 Instructions

Finely chop the pineapple and fry in hot oil.

Deglaze with the juice from the can, add sugar and tomato paste.

Cook for about 5 minutes and season with vinegar. It should have a sweet and sour note. Goes well with poultry.
