Mix flour with dry yeast in a bowl. Add salt to the edge. Add eggs, water, yogurt and honey to the flour and mix everything into a dough. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Knead dough vigorously, form 4 balls with floured hands. Roll out balls on a floured surface, then place on a greased baking sheet.
Brush patties with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds and/or cumin and a little salt. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
