🍓 Ingredients

1 tablespoon Olive oil
110 milliliters Water
110 milliliters Tomato puree
1 teaspoon Salt
300 grams Wheat flour type 1050
1 tablespoon Sugar
4 teaspoons Herbs italian dried
1 pinch Garlic granules
1 teaspoon Dry yeast

🍽 Instructions

Ideally, this bread is baked in the bread machine. To do this, put all the ingredients in the container in order. Program normal, browning light. Without bread maker, you’ll have to try out exactly how long it needs to be in the oven.

But since it’s quite a small bread (can be converted to a larger one, of course! ), it probably won’t need to bake too long. Tastes best with butter only!
