Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, put the sugar there. On the side of the bowl add the oil, egg and salt and spices (nutmeg, pizza spice and caraway).
Pour the lukewarm milk on the yeast and mix.
Wait a bit until the yeast starts to ferment, then mix everything quickly to a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour, allowing it to approximately double in volume. Form smaller rolls from the yeast dough, place them on the baking tray and bake at 200 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes (be careful, every oven is different). With me there were 13 rolls with the above amount.
