Mix flour, dry yeast, salt and spices properly in a bowl.
Dissolve half the yeast cube in lukewarm milk. Add milk, beer, water and olive oil to the bowl and knead properly. (I used my dough hook). Let the dough stand for a short time and then knead again by hand (I don’t know if this is absolutely necessary, but I enjoyed it).
Cover the dough and let it stand (rise) in a warm place for 3 – 4 hours. Before spreading on the baking sheet again sprinkle with flour and knead vigorously.
