🍓 Ingredients

7 grams Fresh yeast
600 milliliters Water
1 kilogram Flour type 405 or pizza flour
4 teaspoons Salt
2 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
2 teaspoons Oregano
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
1 can Tomato strained
2 teaspoons Basil
  Olive oil
  Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar
250 grams Grated cheese to taste
1 package Hollandaise sauce
  Fish e.g. tuna anchovies
  Vegetables various according to season and taste
  Sausage and/or ham roast leftovers etc. according to taste

🍽 Instructions

Make a pizza dough and tomato sauce from the given ingredients, according to your own recipes or recipes from this database, e.g. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Then put some tomato sauce on the first dough layer, season to taste, top with vegetables, fish or sausage (ham, roast) and sprinkle with cheese. Now roll out another layer of dough the same size as the bottom, for example by cutting out the appropriate shape with a second cake pan of the same size.

Spread this layer again with tomato sauce or hollandaise sauce and cover as desired.

The topping may be different from the first topping, this will make the taste even better later. Continue in this manner until the dough is used up.

Hollandaise sauce and tomato sauce can be alternated according to taste, of course you can also use only tomato sauce. However, for an asparagus pizza layer, Hollandaise sauce goes very well.

At the end, form the last layer from the overlapping dough and also cover the last layer in pizza style. Bake the pie at 150 °C for about 1 hour. Possibly turn down the heat if you notice that the top of the cake should already be a little dark.
