600 grams Flour 📝 🍽
120 milliliters Oil 📝 🍽
500 grams Cottage cheese 📝 🍽
2 teaspoons Herbs Italian 🍽
2 packages Baking powder 📝 🍽
1 teaspoon Salt 📝 🍽
2 tablespoons Sugar 📝 🍽
1 Clove of garlic 🍽
50 grams Fried onions 📝 🍽
150 grams Salami (beef salami) 📝 🍽
150 grams Cheese 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Knead flour, curd, milk, oil, sugar, baking powder and salt. Knead the remaining ingredients into the dough and form the dough into a 5 cm thick roll. Cut the dough roll into about 25 slices.

Shape the slices into rolls in your hand. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and bake at approx. 175 °C for 30 minutes.
