The unit of measurement is a jar that holds 200 ml.
For the minced meat filling, chop the peeled onion and fry it with the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. Add the chopped parsley and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Let the whole thing cool down.
For the feta filling, crumble the cheese and mix with the chopped parsley. Mix flour, milk, oil, 2 egg whites, salt, sugar and baking powder and knead into an ‘earlobe soft’ dough. Knead in more flour as needed.
Let the dough rest for about 10 min. Separate walnut-sized pieces from the dough and shape into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, press the dough balls into a circle by hand. Place a teaspoon of each of the chosen fillings in the center of the dough and fold into a semicircle.
Press the edges well.
Then place the prepared dumplings on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brush the dumplings with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes until golden brown. They taste good warm or cold.
