Combine flour, butter, eggs and crumbled yeast and knead well until a homogeneous dough is formed. Divide the dough in half and roll a 3 cm thick ‘sausage’.
Cut off pieces the width of your thumb. Now roll out the pieces on a handful of sugar.
But not too thin, they should remain about 1 cm thick. Now place them sugar side up on a baking sheet (with baking paper) and bake at 200°C for about 8 – 10 minutes. The cookies should not turn brown!
