Make a dough with butter, sugar, ready-made poppy seeds, vanilla sugar, eggs, milk, flour and baking powder. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 25 minutes. While still hot, drizzle with the condensed milk.
Then melt the dark chocolate with the palmine in a water bath and coat the cooled cake with it.
