🍓 Ingredients

250 grams Poppy seed (ready poppy seed)
250 grams Sugar
250 grams Butter
4 Eggs
1 package Vanilla sugar
5 tablespoons Milk
1 package Baking powder
300 grams Flour
100 grams Chocolate (dark)
100 milliliters Condensed milk
25 grams Palm fat (palmin)

🍽 Instructions

Make a dough with butter, sugar, ready-made poppy seeds, vanilla sugar, eggs, milk, flour and baking powder. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 25 minutes. While still hot, drizzle with the condensed milk.

Then melt the dark chocolate with the palmine in a water bath and coat the cooled cake with it.

It’s quick and easy and super delicious.
