Cut the pork cutlets into small cubes. Sauté the abundantly salted and peppered meat in a lot of olive oil, it should not be browned, otherwise it will be hard.
Sauté only briefly and hot. Then pour a bottle of beer and put a lid on it, simmer for about 1 to 1 ½ hours at low heat, this will give nice soft and aromatic meat. Depending on the oven, if the beer evaporates, pour more beer.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fry 2 fried eggs per serving. Arrange the meat with the sauce, add the fried eggs and serve with the pickled peppers.
Serve with white bread.
