🍓 Ingredients

12 Pork medallions
1 tablespoon Oil
5 Shallots
2 tablespoons Parsley
2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
50 grams Butter (herb butter)
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

Cut 12 pork medallions into a nice round shape, cut a pocket in the side, chop 5 shallots and sauté in oil, mix with 2 tablespoons parsley and 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, season with salt, pepper, fill medallions with it, pin with wooden skewers, season again with salt and pepper then grill on each side for 8 min.
