Boil potatoes with skin. Then peel and cut into slices (also works with boiled potatoes). Brown the minced meat in a hot pan.
Season to taste with spices and herbs, add broth and then simmer for about 10 minutes. Layer potatoes and minced meat sauce in a baking dish.
Grate the cheese and mix with cream and sour cream. Spread over the casserole.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 min. Serve hot.
