Cut the meat into pieces and fry in a little oil in the pan, then remove and set aside. Dice the onion and fry it as well, then add the sliced or diced potatoes. Fry for about 5 minutes, then add the chopped peppers and fry briefly. Pour the vegetable broth and cook everything covered for about 15 minutes.
When the potatoes are cooked, add the meat again and pour in the cream. Simmer until creamy and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Finally sprinkle the cheese and let it melt.
