🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Pancetta streaky
800 grams Potatoes waxy
1 medium-sized Red bell pepper
3 sticks Leek
possibly Paprika powder if needed
  Salt and bell pepper
possibly Corn

🍽 Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins until not too soft, peel and cut into not too thin (half) slices. Cut the bacon into cubes and brown in a non-stick frying pan without adding any more fat. Cut the leek into thin slices, the bell pepper into strips or cubes and add to the bacon cubes in the pan together with the leek. Fry or steam briefly until the desired firmness is reached, do not burn the leek! Now salt and pepper the potato slices a little, add them to the pan and let them fry for a while.

Season well with salt and pepper (possibly also with some paprika powder).

With salad as a side dish, a quick everyday dish.

Tip: If you like, you can also mix in some corn.
