Knead the first 6 ingredients into a smooth dough and let rest for at least 2-3 hours. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and press holes in the dough with your finger. Brush well with olive oil. Sprinkle the oiled dough with plenty of sea salt and colored pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200°C and then for 15 minutes at 180°C.
